How to purchase replacement parts

Replacement parts are available for purchase. If you would like to order new parts, please send an email to support@thamesandkosmos.com with the following information:

1) Your shipping address
2) The six-digit number located near the barcode of the box of your kit(s)
3) The item number, description, and quantity of each part you are interested in ordering, as listed in the manual

Once we have received the requested information, an invoice will be emailed to you from the Thames & Kosmos PayPal account. Payment for this invoice can be submitted securely online even if you do not have a PayPal account.

The requested component(s) will ship out via USPS 1st class within one to two business days from the time receipt of payment has been confirmed. Standard transit time to most addresses within the US should then be approximately 3-5 business days.
